WATER TREATMENT AND PURIFICATION
All processes and stages of water purification and treatment can be modelled explicitly and directly to analyze and optimize their operation. FLOW-3D ® incorporates chemical reaction models that can be applied to the different existing processes:
- Numerical modeling of biological treatment of the purification plant.
- Hydraulic balancing studies of the different parts.
- Aeration, oxygenation.
Many of the processes and critical stages of a desalination can be modelled explicitly and directly to analyze and optimize its operation. FLOW-3D ® allows to perform hydraulic simulations in the field of desalination in a simple and quick way.
- CFD Study of vorticity in pump aspiration chambers. This prevents them from reaching the aspiration of the pumps, flows with high vorticity.
- Study and design of contact tanks. It allows very simple to analyze the time of contact of the water to certain chemical substances such as sodium hypochlorite, etc.
- Ventilation chambers
We use our CFD simulation software for hydraulic engineering, FLOW-3D ®. This software allows us to carry out studies with absolute solvency in the results since it has been tested in many universities, research centers and hydraulic engineering from all over the world with excellent results.
